Logan City Council makes amendments to the Logan Planning Scheme to keep it current.
Proposed amendment:
Council is proposing small changes in the Planning Scheme Policy (PSP 5) - Infrastructure amendment to address technical issues and inconsistencies. These changes affect Parts 2, 3 and 5 of PSP 5 (Schedule 6.2.5) and will provide improved clarity and alignment with current standards and industry best practice.
