In early November Council invited community feedback to shape the Concealed Leaks Policy and change how Council responds to concealed leaks, including what type of financial assistance it offers the community. A concealed leak is a water leak in your private plumbing on your property, which is underground or hidden from view. It does not show any visible sign of water loss (dampness or soaking) making these leaks very difficult to locate.  If a customer has a proven concealed leak, the policy is used to determine if Logan Water will apply a partial financial relief to the customer's water bill.
