Logan Waste Collection Contract Renewal 2021

Consultation has concluded

Logan City Council provides municipal waste collection services to approximately 110,000 households in Logan.

Those services include:

  • Waste and Recyclable Collection Services (including municipal waste and recyclables collection from residential and commercial premises, kerbside clean up services, waste transfer station servicing (separable), dead animal collection services and collection of waste from public places); and
  • Recyclables Processing Services (through a Materials Recovery Facility).

The current services are provided to Council under a contract that is due to expire on 3 July 2021.

Council currently intends to call tenders for the purpose of establishing new contracts to continue the services on and from 4 July 2021. Council are in the process of gathering information for analysis of the market for services and would appreciate your contrubution to the questionnaire below.
