Logan City Council's Live Well Logan program offers a variety of free or low-cost active and healthy programs designed to improve the health and wellbeing of Logan residents. To ensure we continue to deliver valuable programs into the future, we would love to hear your thoughts regardless of whether you're a regular Live Well Logan participant or if you have never attended.
By completing a short 5 minutes survey you will help us continue to deliver the best possible program and go into the random draw to win a premium roller bag picnic set.
Survey and competition closes 11.45pm Sunday 9 September 2018.
Winner will be notified by 5pm Friday 14 September 2018.
